Countering the Mass Shooter Threat is a data-driven, instructor-led course designed to help individuals and organizations recognize warning signs, understand mass-shooter trends, and take practical steps to protect their communities. Through analysis of real-world incidents and guided discussion, students learn prevention strategies, emergency planning, response options, and post-incident considerations for schools, businesses, houses of worship, and other community organizations.

The course can be delivered as a comprehensive classroom program or adapted for organizations seeking focused instruction and consultation. Private and organizational training is individually scheduled, allowing the instructor to address the particular environment, concerns, and preparedness needs of the participants.

Understand practical prevention and response strategies, including emergency planning, immediate actions during an attack, and steps individuals and organizations can take to reduce vulnerability and improve preparedness.

There are no prerequisites for this course. 

This course is also offered in modified subsets which can be taken individually.  Mini-Classes are ideal for groups who wish to enjoy the learning in bite-sized portions:
